Montessori Early Education Taringa is a small, family-owned boutique centre serving Taringa and Indooroopilly since 2004. With just 43 places, we know every child and family by name. Our Montessori program is built on three values: safety, connectnes, and academics — helping children grow through child-led, hands-on discovery.

About the role

This is a paid traineeship: you'll work alongside our experienced team while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. No prior qualification or experience needed — just a warm heart and a love of being around young children.

You'll:

• Support our educators in caring for children aged 15 months to school age

• Help prepare and present hands-on Montessori activities

• Assist with meals, rest times, and the daily rhythm of the room

• Build genuine relationships with children and families

What you'll bring

• Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
