At Glynde Mitre 10, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Trade Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a chance to take ownership of a growing trade customer base, work closely with builders and contractors, and play a key role in the next phase of our business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales role focused on:

• Managing and growing existing trade accounts

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities

• Building strong relationships with builders, tradies and key decision-makers

• Delivering quotes, closing deals, and following through on commitments

• Working closely with our in-store and operations team to deliver great outcomes for customers

About You

You're someone who:

Enjoys building relationships and being out in the market

Has experience in sales, account management, or trade/building supplies

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position.

Understands the needs of builders and trade customers (or can learn quickly)

Moderate experience and knowledge of the trade and building industry is essential for success in this role.

Is self-motivated and target-driven

Communicates well and follows through on commitments

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
