The Role - Manage a well maintained residential portfolio end to end
- Build strong, long term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Manage arrears, maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Coordinate maintenance with support from the team
- Prepare for and attend tribunal when required
About You - Minimum 2 years Property Management experience preferred
- Current Certificate IV in Property Services
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- A proactive mindset with a team focused attitude
