The People's Pantry is looking for someone to help the Driver who collects donated food from outlets on a Sunday. This will require helping the driver with sorting the food, loading the van, and once back at the People's Pantry, bringing the food inside and storing it appropriately so that it is ready to be set out for sale on Monday. This role is not required when there is a public holiday on the Monday.

There will be some heavy lifting (boxes up to 25kgs but mostly between 7-15kgs). The lifting will be shared between the Driver and yourself.

Times will be 8.30am - 11.30am and as the team builds it is expected that you will be required 1-2 Sundays a month.
