Technical Sales Adviser

Adam Equipment, a global leader in precision weighing and measurement instrumentation, is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Adviser to support customers and distribution partners across Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. This role combines strong technical product knowledge with consultative B2B sales and offers the opportunity to manage a diverse territory and work with a broad range of commercial, industrial, laboratory and education clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting and selling Adam Equipment’s technical and capital equipment products
• Providing technical advice, technical product demonstrations, and product solutions
• Developing new business opportunities and supporting existing clients
• Supporting and expanding authorised dealer and distributor networks
• Preparing quotations, tenders, and managing the full sales cycle
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in technical or B2B sales
• Ability to explain technical products and specifications clearly
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable managing a multi‑state sales territory
