JiGSAW Notions is seeking experienced Technical Officers to support a long-running sovereign Defence program delivering mission-critical ICT capability across secure, deployed, and maritime environments.

We're hiring across three specialist streams:

• Hardware Support

• Systems Administration

• Network Support

Whether your expertise is hardware, enterprise systems, or networking, you'll join a team supporting operational Defence capability where reliability, security, and technical excellence matter.

What We're Looking For

Hardware Specialists

Experience with:

• ICT Hardware

• Diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues

• Dell, HP and Cisco

• ICT Vendor Warranty Processes

• Hardware Asset Management

• Building and deploying Minerva hardware

• Testing hardware after repair to confirm issue resolution

Systems Specialists

Experience with:

• Microsoft Exchange Administration Processes

• Microsoft Active Directory Administration

• Microsoft Skype Administration

• Citrix Virtual Desktop Administration

• Hypervisor Maintenance and Administration

• Messaging infrastructure in a multi-forest distributed environment

• Managing user accounts for Minerva ITS admins, Business App admins, and standard users

• Managing and maintaining digital certificates across the Minerva environment

Network Specialists

Experience with:

• Routing and Switching

• IPSec, VPN and VLAN technologies

• OSPF, BGP and MPLS TE

• Next Gen firewalls

• Voice Over IP

• Enterprise wireless LAN infrastructure

• Network segmentation

• Network Access Control

• Network telemetry protocols such as NetFlow and SNMP

• Defence Deployed systems

Highly Regarded

• Cisco networking products

• HYCU Backup Solutions

• Microsoft products

• Red Hat

• Netbox

• Nutanix

• Elastic Monitoring products

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration platforms (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

• Previous Minerva experience

• Experience working within highly regulated, secure environments
