About the Role
The Team Leader Equity & Inclusion leads a specialist team to drive strategic, organisation wide initiatives that improve equity, inclusion and access for diverse communities. The role translates strategy into actionable programs, builds strong stakeholder partnerships, and ensures frameworks and action plans are effectively delivered, evaluated and continuously improved. It champions an inclusive culture, fosters team capability and collaboration, and uses data, research and community insights to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes that strengthen belonging and participation across the community.
