We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide administrative and operational support to our DV Services Team based at the Orchard Dubbo. 

Duties will include: 

Administration tasks such as collecting client information, updating the databases and filing; 

Acting as the first point of call for all domestic violence case management enquiries;

Ensure that clients’ initial contact with the organisation is professional, effective and efficient 

Coordinate Victim Services applications

Complete assigned tasks in the DV Service Referral Planner.

Assist at The Orchard where required, including cleaning and shopping for supplies 

To be successful, you will ideally have some experience in the community services sector, or be undertaking studies in the area. 

 You will also need to be sensitive to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, high organised with strong administration and computer skills. The ability to work independently on your own is essential. 

You will also need a current Driver’s Licence and ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
