## Disability Support Worker – Casual / Part-Time

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about empowering others, fostering independence, and making a genuine difference in your local community, we want to hear from you.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support tailored to individual participant goals.

* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.

* Build meaningful relationships and promote social inclusion.

* Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation using digital systems.

### What We Are Looking For

* A genuine, empathetic, and reliable approach to care.

* Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or a strong lived experience that brings deep understanding to the role.

* Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional boundaries.

* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain).

* Valid First Aid and CPR certificates.

* Current Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
