This position will see the successful candidate managing support requests from clients regarding the organisation's Restructuring / Insolvency Accounting Software package. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients on the use of the software on a day to day basis.

• Demonstrating functionality of the software to clients.

• Troubleshooting any issues clients are experiencing.  

• Identifying client business requirements and communicating them to the development team.

 
In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous accounting and business software knowledge, or work experience as a bookkeeper. Training will be given on the organisation's product, but any understanding of accounting software products such as Xero, MYOB will be highly beneficial as well as an understanding of insolvency or restructuring.

You will be a motivated self-starter who thrives on working autonomously and have exceptional communication and presentation skills. Finally, an appreciation and dedication to ensuring customers receive an exceptional service will hold you in good stead.
