About the role:

The Supply Planner is involved in managing end-to-end supply and demand planning to ensure optimal stock availability across all channels in a fast paced environment with speed to market expectation. 

1. Supply & Inventory Planning (50%)
  • Execute Supply Plans: Manage monthly supply and demand planning, reviewing forecasts, new launches, and risks to guarantee stock availability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to clear logistics bottlenecks, align on promotional campaigns, and ensure seamless new product launches.

  • Stock Optimization: Play a key role in cross-functional Excess & Obsolescence initiatives to identify root causes of excess stock, manage end-of-life SKUs, and minimize overstock or out-of-stock situations.

  • Shopify Allocation & Replenishment: Support stock allocation, replenishment, and sale preparation on our ecommerce store. 

  • Data Integrity: Review, and maintain master data and item setups. 

2. Production & Supplier Management (50%)

  • Production Planning: Drive the forecasting and production process for all channels, generate production schedule for core items and consolidate new opportunities and promotional plans. 

  • Production Management: Develop schedules and collaborate with suppliers on capacity alignment, componentary, freight and priorities to meet critical timelines.

  • Operational Oversight: Facilitate 3PL cycle counts and annual stocktakes and review adjustments and damages. 

About you:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record, and a strong skill set, including:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in demand and/or supply planning

  • Experience in inventory, or operations beneficial

  • Background in retail, fashion or beauty beneficial

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and forecasts

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Shopify experience beneficial

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
