ADE Power, based in Hexham, NSW, specialises in the design, manufacture, and assembly of modular engineered generator enclosures for data centres and electrical switch room power infrastructure for industrial applications. ADE Power delivers fit-for-purpose enclosures and skid-mounted solutions that support the reliability, safety, and continuity of critical power systems.
We are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to meet operational requirements
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement support, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance (OTD, quality, cost, responsiveness)
Drive supplier segmentation, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee inventory management to optimise stock levels and minimise excess or obsolete inventory
Manage logistics and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time delivery
Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity planning is in place
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, finance, and sales teams
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
Professional certifications (APICS, CIPS) highly regarded
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Effective leadership and team management experience
Sound financial and commercial acumen
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
