JUNIOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Amazing customer service

• Making cold drinks

• Food prep and kitchen duties

• Cleaning and other duties as directed

The Junior positions available are casual, offering flexibility with weekend shifts, perfect for school students. Shifts include earlier morning starts and late afternoon finishes.

BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Creating the perfect cup of coffee

• Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards

• Cleaning and other duties as directed

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support and guidance to the team

• Maintaining product and service quality

• Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness

• Overseeing shift management

• Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

• Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards

• Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
