About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Studio Manager to join our team at The Yard Gym Terrigal' in Terrigal NSW 2260. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art gym facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive member experience. This is a full-time role based in our vibrant coastal location.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of the studio's operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

• Lead and inspire a team of fitness professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities

• Implement effective marketing and customer retention strategies to drive member engagement and growth

• Foster a positive, energetic, and inclusive studio culture that aligns with the company's values

• Continuously monitor and improve studio performance, identifying and addressing any issues or opportunities

• Collaborate with the wider organisation to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar Studio Manager or Operations Manager role within the health and fitness industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to foster a positive, member-focused environment

• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Passion for the health and fitness industry and a commitment to promoting an active, healthy lifestyle
