The Opportunity:
A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Educator to join a supportive and collaborative team where children and families are at the heart of everything they do. Working closely with experienced ECT-trained leaders, you will contribute to planning and programming while delivering high-quality learning experiences in a preschool setting.
The service has built a strong culture of teamwork and support, with a highly involved leadership team dedicated to creating enriching classroom and outdoor learning environments. With regular excursions and strong community connections, this is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.
The Ideal Educator Will Have: - Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Experience working in Australian ECE settings, ideally with the Preschool age group
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Genuine passion for high-quality education and care
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications + CPR
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Completed National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
