Delivery / Service / Storeman – Beatties Quality Furniture

We're seeking a reliable, energetic Delivery / Storeman to join our team—someone who is friendly, well-presented, and able to leave a positive final impression of our business with every client. This hands-on role involves delivering and installing premium furniture in customers' homes, providing a final touchpoint that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Responsibilities include heavy lifting (including stair carries), furniture assembly and repairs, site and warehouse maintenance, and handling service-related tasks. Most deliveries are completed as a two-person team. Delivery areas range from Woolgoolga to Port Macquarie, with occasional longer-distance deliveries.

• Applicants must demonstrate the physical capability to safely perform heavy lifting and carry and manoeuvre furniture, including transporting items up and down stairs as part of regular delivery duties.

• A current Class C licence (required to drive a 4.5-tonne truck). A minimum of 2+ years driving experience with a Class C licence is essential for this position.

This is a part-time position, minimum 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some overtime as required. Full training will be provided. Please note that our business operates under a zero drug and alcohol policy. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a preliminary drug test and police check prior to commencing employment.
