Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fuel retail outlet. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our growing team and make a significant impact on our business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organise and control all aspects of fuel station operations
• Develop and implement operational procedures and systems to ensure efficient store functioning
• Control daily business operations including opening/closing procedures, security protocols
• Monitor and evaluate performance against business objectives and operational standards
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff performance
• Develop staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve individual and store performance targets
• Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs
• Control and monitor sales performance, profit margins, and operational budgets
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and fuel industry requirements
• Maintain store presentation, equipment functionality, and facility cleanliness
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 0-1 years retail management experience, preferably in fuel retail or convenience store environment
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field
• Previous experience in fuel retail operations
• Knowledge of environmental and workplace safety legislation
• Computer literacy including MS Office applications
