Store Manager

We are looking for a committed and experienced Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations at Pizza Hut, Revesby. This full-time role requires a motivated and practical leader with a solid background in managing stores. The right candidate will focus on improving store performance, guiding and supporting the team, and providing excellent customer service in a busy and fast-moving environment.

Task & responsibilities

• Oversee the determination of the product range, monitor stock levels, while minimizing wastage.
• Monitor and implement service standards in line with Pizza Hut's customer service policies.
• Develop and execute strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing to optimize product offerings and drive profitability.
• Design and implement promotional and advertising strategies to increase visibility and awareness of the business's products and services.
• Lead sales efforts by offering products to customers, providing expert advice on usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels, financial transactions, and other critical operational data for effective management.
• Develop and manage the budget for the establishment, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled. 
• Recruit, train and supervise employees Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to build a strong team.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle customer complaints  according to the brand guidelines
• Ensure the establishment adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and customers. 

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in store or retail management, or in a senior role within retail operations.
• Good understanding of how convenience stores work and how to boost sales.
• Strong skills in communication, team leadership, and customer service.
• Experience with managing stock, handling logistics, and preparing financial reports.
• Familiar with health and safety rules and meeting compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well and adjust quickly in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Retail and Business Management are preferred
