Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Red Rooster Baldivis. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take charge of store operations, inspire staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving business growth and maintaining Red Rooster’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and store results
• Oversee all store operations, including food preparation, delivery scheduling, and product quality control
• Create and maintain staff rosters in line with budget and operational demands
• Ensure compliance with Red Rooster’s policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimise waste and maintain availability
• Oversee daily cash handling, reconciliation, and banking with accuracy and accountability
• Analyse sales trends and KPIs to implement strategies that improve store performance
• Support local area marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase sales

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, quick service, or retail management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team across varying shifts
• Strong understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
• Experience in Red Rooster’s operations or similar fast-paced environments (preferred but not essential)
• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail, or Hospitality Management is preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
