• Lead daily store operations

• Train and motivate a high-performing team

• Manage stock, rosters & service standards

• Handle customer feedback professionally

• 1–2 years of management experience (F&B preferred)

• Great leadership & communication skills

• Full-time availability (incl. weekends & public holidays)
