Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter

We're now looking for a switched-on Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter to join our Proserpine team. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being the quiet engine that keeps a busy workshop running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

You'll sit right at the centre of parts and service coordination, including:

• Interpreting and supplying parts for retail, internal, and workshop needs

• Managing job cards, service scheduling, and workflow coordination

• Ensuring parts are prepped, ordered, and ready before the workshop needs them

• Supporting customers with clear, confident communication

• Keeping systems accurate, tidy, and running like clockwork

What we're looking for

• Experience in parts interpreting or service administration

• Strong attention to detail — you don't let things slip

• Confident communicator with a calm, capable approach

• Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment

• Solid computer skills and practical workshop understanding

• Australian working rights

• Basic to Intermediate mechanical knowledge for effective parts interpretation and technical understanding

• Experience in the agricultural sector to support our industry-specific customer needs would be an advantage
