Spa Therapist

The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

We are expanding our team in the Spa and seeking qualified and experienced Spa Therapists who will provide quality treatments including facials, massage and body treatments in a luxurious and tranquil environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide the highest standard of treatments to guests as per the Spa menu (facials, massage and body treatments), treatment protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure the guest experience from start to finish is of the highest standard.
• Provide the guest with a lifestyle prescription that details products that were used in the treatment and provide thorough after-care and home-care advise.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of all aspects of the Spa including maintaining cleanliness and an aesthetically pleasing Spa environment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas.
• Have detailed knowledge of all retail and professional products and services that the Spa provides.
• Assist Spa Attendants and Spa Management with operational and administrative duties when required and when not performing treatments
• Perform maintenance and cleaning duties when not in treatment and as assigned by Spa Management. 

The successful therapists will be fully trained in spa rituals by Vanessa Megan, Sodashi and Alba’s signature brand.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. Roster requirements must include Saturday and Sunday.

We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.

About You

• You have recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist
• You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
• You have previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property (highly regarded)
• You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
• You  are available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Remuneration:

Annual range on offer:  $78,500 - $79,500 + super
