Head Chef, Sous Chef, CHEF, CDP- Multiple positions ($86,000 - $96,000)

Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus

Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times

Collaborate with owners in developing the menu and creating new recipes

Experience across any cuisine background is acceptable

Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas

Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product

To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines
