The George Darby Hotel recently re-launched its kitchen with a new head chef and new menu.

We are looking to appoint a Sous Chef to join our growing team.

Our menu is focused on contemporary cuisine, premium steaks, all of the favourite public classics and quirky thoughtful dishes.
