Qualifications and Requirements
- A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- A Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
