About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help build new product features used by real healthcare customers.

You’ll have strong ownership of your work from designing, to building and shipping features end-to-end. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving real-world problems and delivering reliable, production-ready systems.

This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship product features end-to-end.

• Develop scalable backend and/or frontend systems.

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.

• Deploy and support features in production.

• Work closely with product and internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving system performance and reliability.
  

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for engineers with experience in the following:

Backend / Infrastructure:

• Kotlin and/or Java (Spring Boot)

• PostgreSQL

• Kubernetes

Frontend:

• React

• TailwindCSS

• Tanstack Query

You don’t need experience across the entire stack, but you should be strong in at least one area (e.g. backend or frontend).

About You

• Strong engineering fundamentals.

• Comfortable taking ownership and delivering features independently.

• Pragmatic and focused on shipping high-quality solutions.

• Experience working on production systems is highly regarded.
  

Level & Experience

• We’re primarily looking for engineers who can operate with a high level of ownership.

• Most successful candidates in this role tend to be at a senior level.

• We’re open to exceptional mid-level engineers who demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to deliver independently.
