Task & responsibilities

• Researching, analysing and evaluating software requirements for Visa Empire’s in-house CRM systems and secure client portals.
• Managing and maintaining internal software systems used by multiple users and departments across the organisation.
• Creating and managing user accounts, passwords, access permissions and system security controls for internal platforms.
• Testing, debugging and resolving software issues, system faults and user-reported technical problems within established quality standards.
• Writing, maintaining and improving program code, software functionalities and technical documentation for internal systems and applications.
• Monitoring system performance, analysing operational metrics and implementing system improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Managing software testing, deployment automation, system upgrades and continuous improvement processes across internal applications.
• Implementing cybersecurity measures, encryption controls and risk mitigation strategies to protect confidential client and business information.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least one year of relevant software development experience preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Experience with databases, APIs, web development frameworks, and software testing methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and system integration processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
