In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions to support our e-commerce operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences, streamline business processes, and ensure our customers enjoy secure and reliable services. Task & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications and systems to meet business requirements, such as Customer Support Ticketing System, Task Management System, Time Tracking Module
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, REST APIs, and MySQL.
• Design and optimise database structures, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks, improving system reliability.
• Implement user authentication and role-based access control for secure system usage.
• Ensure responsive UI/UX design for both web and mobile-friendly usage.
• Manage deployment processes, including version control, release management, and continuous integration.
• Administer and monitor Linux/Windows servers, cloud hosting, and backup/recovery systems.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including Agile methodologies, Git version control, and code reviews.
• Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, and troubleshooting for live applications.
• Research and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualification & experience

• At least two years of relevant experience.
• A relevant qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
• Proficiency in PHP Laravel development, API integrations, and fintech applications.
