The opportunity
As a newly created position within the structure, the Assets team are seeking a Smart Infrastructure Officer to join their team on a permanent, fulltime basis.
Your role of Smart Infrastructure Officer is a specialist role, requiring you to be responsible for the maintenance, operations and reporting of Council’s Smart Infrastructure including; hardware and software for Smart Parking, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Private Street Lighting, Electric Vehicle Charging, In Vehicle Management Systems (IVMS), Digital Signage & Depot Access Control (pedestrian gates and boom gates).
Our team relies on the Smart Infrastructure Officer to administer agreements/contracts for Smart Infrastructure support, including inspections, maintenance, operation, customer support, repairs and replacements.
This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
Base Salary Range: $69,600 - $81,716 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $11,211 car allowance + $2,464 retention allowance
You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

Demonstrated experience the maintenance, operations, and reporting of Smart Infrastructure
Well developed computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
