We are urgently seeking experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team in sleepover roles supporting women with complex support needs and personal care requirements.

These positions play a vital role in creating a safe, calm and supportive home environment overnight.

About the Role

You will provide:
✔ Evening and morning routine support
✔ Personal care assistance
✔ Overnight supervision and participant reassurance
✔ Household and daily living support
✔ Emotional support and engagement
✔ A safe and positive environment for participants overnight

This role is ideal for support workers who are calm, reliable, compassionate and confident working independently overnight.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or similar

• Minimum 12 months disability support experience

• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities

• Current First Aid & CPR

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Current Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle

• Excellent communication and reliability
