SLH Group is currently placing experienced Skilled Labourers on commercial  construction projects across Newcastle. These are active, fast-paced sites. We need people who know what that means and are ready to get stuck in from day one. 

Responsibilities:

• Operating hand and power tools including drills, angle grinders, and jackhammers
• Cutting reinforcing steel and assisting with general steel fixing tasks as directed
• Installing, relocating, and maintaining temporary fencing 
• General site cleanup and waste management, including moving and emptying skip bins to keep sites safe and compliant
• Assisting subcontractors and trades on site as required, being the person that keeps the job moving
• Materials handling, loading and unloading, and ensuring the right gear is in the right place
• Following site safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment at all times
