Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Site Supervisor to manage the construction of detached investor builds around the Ipswich area. You will have previous experience managing approx. 20 builds simultaneously, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Ensure homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
• Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
• Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
• Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites

Your Experience:

• 2+ years experience Site Supervising volume build new homes
• Trade background (desired)
• Great communicator and well organised
• Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
• Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
