About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to lead daily operations within our fast-paced transport and logistics environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all site operations to ensure freight is received, sorted, loaded, and distributed safely, efficiently, and within designated timeframes.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing fleet utilisation, operational compliance, staff performance, site safety, and customer outcomes while driving operational efficiencies and maintaining high service standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong transport operations experience and a passion for safety, compliance, and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily transport and warehouse operations to ensure efficient freight movement and on-time departures

• Ensure compliance with Mass, Fatigue, Maintenance and Dangerous Goods Management requirements.

• Lead, coach and support operational staff to achieve performance expectations and facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments.

• Ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met and respond to any operational issues and customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

About You:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in transport management or in a site supervision role.

• Current Forklift and Heavy Vehicle licences are desirable.

• Have a strong understanding of transport compliance, safety and operational procedures

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing deadlines

• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
