With continued growth in Queensland, they are expanding their site service capabilities to better support their valued clients across the region.
Your new role 
Based in Mackay, you will lead and support a dynamic Site Services team delivering tiling, maintenance, and condition monitoring services across multiple mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive safety and performance standards, and work closely with internal teams and clients to support business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys developing high-performing teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed 

• Proven experience in site services, ideally with tiling and/or mechanical expertise 
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to meet mine site compliance requirements (including Coal Board Medical) 
• Technical knowledge of coal preparation plants or heavy mechanical equipment 
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems 
• Willingness to travel to mine sites across the Bowen Basin and wider QLD 
• Relevant trade, engineering, or technical qualifications
