The Role
We are looking for a site manager with proven project management capability, strong leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This role involves coordinating and supervising construction works, ensuring compliance, and leading site teams to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- The site manager will lead and manage building projects from start to practical completion
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and workmanship
- Oversee subcontractors and trades, providing direction and leadership
- Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and scheduling
- Manage project budgets, materials, and timelines effectively
- Build strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
- Drive proactive problem-solving to meet targets and deliver results
About YouThe site manager will be confident in managing multiple priorities and maintaining professional standards at all times. You take pride in your work and have a natural ability to lead others.
Essential Requirements:
- Current WA Building Practitioner Registration / Builder’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Strong understanding of WA building codes, standards & safety requirements
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Highly Desirable:- Project costing or estimating experience
- Trade background (e.g., carpentry)
- Familiarity with ISO systems or quality assurance frameworks
- Commercial light frame & tilt up panel construction experience
