The Role:

Supporting the project leadership and site engineering teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Document Control: Managing technical drawings, safety records, and project correspondence.
• Site Compliance: Assisting with site inductions, maintaining training registers, and tracking PPE requirements.
• Procurement Support: Processing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and managing site deliveries.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for subcontractors and visitors.
• General Admin: Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring the site office runs like a well-oiled machine.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Administrator within Construction, Mining, or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in project software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A “can-do” attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
