About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Shutdown Planner to support shutdown planning activities in a fixed plant environment.

This role will suit a planner with strong MS Project and SAP experience who can build structured, execution-ready plans and support shutdown delivery teams with clear scheduling, work preparation and planning coordination.

You will also assist with and provide training support to a secondary planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining shutdown plans using MS Project

• Working within SAP to support maintenance and shutdown planning requirements

• Preparing structured, execution-ready plans and schedules

• Supporting shutdown preparation and planning coordination

• Assisting and training a secondary planner

• Working with site teams to ensure plans are clear, practical and ready for execution

• Supporting planning accuracy, sequencing and schedule updates

About You

• Proven experience as a Shutdown Planner in a fixed plant environment

• Strong MS Project experience

• SAP experience required

• Strong understanding of shutdown planning and maintenance work management

• Ability to support, assist and train another planner

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Must have the right to work in Australia
