We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support a major Government agency focused on digital innovation on the ServiceNow platform.

This is an initial 12 months contract with very high chances of extension for 2-3 years.


Who Are We Looking For?

A solid ServiceNow Developer with previous experience working on custom applications supporting business processes (Service Management, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, etc.) in a large and complex enterprise environment. 


What You’ll Do?

• Develop, configure and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Support and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Build and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues 
• Collaborate with BAs, testers and developers to ensure quality outcomes
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’d Love To See?

• 3-4+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong experience across ServiceNow development and administration
• Understanding of workflows, forms, reporting/dashboards, and access/roles in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of ITSM modules and any additional modules such as ITAM, ITOM, RISK and Performance Analytics modules a plus
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile environment
