The role

• Reporting to the Director of the business, you'll take the reins of this positive service team, and strategise and implement growth across Sydney and beyond.

• Managing day to day operations of the business unit; including man management, finances, business development, process improvement, recruitment etc.

• Leveraging your knowledge and connections to build the business unit, with the support of the company Director

You have

• In-depth knowledge and working experience in the HVAC industry locally, this is a must, as them relationships can be brought in.

• Mandatory HVAC trade background with 10+ years in industry

• Strong experience within supervision or management including; leading, procurement, labour issues, finance, growth etc
