Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the service department, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking bookings and managing them through our internal systems and programs
• Answering customer inquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions
• Costing and closing repair orders
• Managing customer arrivals and departures for their service bookings
• Identifying and documenting additional service requirements
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the service process

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
