Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the RoleThe Senior Trainer plays a key leadership role within the RISE Training Hub, supporting trainees to progress through the RISE Employment Pathway and achieve their employment goals.
Working closely with the Lead Trainer and broader RISE team, the Senior Trainer provides both individual and group-based training, workplace coaching, and mentoring. The role also supports trainees undertaking work experience placements within RISE and with participating local businesses.
