THE ROLE

• Review and finalise financial statements and tax returns for a wide range of entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders)

• Manage complex tax matters, including Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and restructuring strategies

• Provide proactive business and tax advisory services, delivering insights to help clients achieve their goals

• Review, delegate, and provide feedback on work prepared by junior and intermediate accountants

• Mentor and support team members in their technical and professional development

• Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts with actionable recommendations

YOU

• Several years experience working in an Australian accounting firm environment, with a client facing approach

• Tertiary qualification in accounting/commerce

• CA/CPA in progress, or completed

• Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills

• A willingness to collaborate, & work in a team

• Ambition & drive to progress in your role/the business
