We're looking for an experienced Technical Leader with over 10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and operating modern Service Provider networks. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in network transformation, developing future state architectures, and driving process and tool automation. They can work autonomously or lead a team, and are skilled in capturing requirements, scoping solutions, and presenting comprehensive high and low level designs to a diverse audience, from customers to senior leadership.

As a trusted advisor, this person understands business goals and can influence strategic decisions to achieve desired outcomes. They are passionate about technology and always seeking to learn more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full lifecycle of new device on-boarding, from initial design and functional validation to production launch.
  • Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) for network changes on a large service provider production network. Participate in reviews to drive change approval.
  • Plan and conduct network changes across various activities, including deployment, integration, and service migration.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs and assist with the integration and implementation of new technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of project implementation and delivery experience with Service Provider networking solutions.
  • Extensive hands on experience with Cisco BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) products, specifically ASR9K-based platforms, including field deployment.
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches, including IOS and IOS-XR (specifically ASR9K and NCS540 platforms).
  • Strong background in Service Provider network architecture and a deep understanding of Broadband Networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work tasks, from system integration to complex technical troubleshooting.
  • In depth knowledge of Service Provider R&S protocols and technologies, including Segment Routing, Segment Routing v6, IPv6, and MPLS.
  • Industry certifications, including CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, or DEVASC.
