About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s excited about tackling complex challenges, building scalable systems, and leaving a real mark in a fast-growing tech company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the technical delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and distributed systems powering products used at scale.
• Translate business requirements into smart, practical technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end - from design and prototyping through to deployment and optimisation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Optimise applications, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems for performance, scalability, and reliability across AWS or Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support quality assurance and regression testing.
• Mentor and support engineers, uplift team capability, and champion engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA, designers, stakeholders, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Contribute to the long-term engineering roadmap, continuous improvement initiatives, and the evolution of development workflows and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving ability (degree or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record building cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency with the MERN stack, RESTful APIs, and modern dev practices.
• Bonus: experience with Golang, Docker, Kubernetes.
• A growth mindset - you’re curious, adaptable, and always pushing boundaries.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a team but can also run with big projects independently.
