What we are looking for is a Senior Service Technician with extensive experience in Commercial Air Conditioning and is looking to take the next step into a Team Leader Role.

Minimum 4 years of commercial air conditioning experience is required for this senior position.

Aerotherm is a privately owned, commercial air conditioning firm, located in Seven Hills, that has been in operation for in excess of 36 years. We work predominately in the Greater Sydney metropolitan area, incorporating all facets of air conditioning services.

Qualifications & experience

• Current Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trade qualifications.

• Experience in DA19 servicing and essential service testing regimes

• Experience in commissioning and using associated equipment

• White Card.

• ARC License.

• Current full drivers license.

• A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work in with your Team .

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Mentoring and leading Team Members in carrying out preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems and plant equipment.

• Liaise with clients, internal Management and Business Partners.

• Technical assistance with service repairs and minor works, mentoring Team Members.

• Identifying repairs, assistance with dilapidation reports, plant upgrade works and new business opportunities.
