What You'll DoAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a true market specialist and trusted advisor. You will own and grow your portfolio with autonomy, commercial discipline and strategic intent.
You will:
Build and deepen C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships
Develop and execute a clear market strategy for your vertical
Drive new business through intelligent, insight-led conversations
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with pace and precision
Build high-quality active and passive talent pipelines
Provide clients with market intelligence and salary insights
Collaborate with high-performing colleagues to win and deliver major accounts
