With several major project wins secured, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a new project in Geelong commencing in July 2026.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project from early planning through to completion. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and programs, and ensure successful delivery in line with MARKSCON’s quality and safety standards.

You will bring:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction - D&C Apartment.

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Hammertech and Cheops.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including cost control, design management, and construction strategy.

• Develop and manage construction programs to meet contractual milestones.

• Coordinate and communicate daily with Site Managers, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor approvals.

• Ensure compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality requirements.
