About the role:
If successful, you will provides strategic leadership, program stewardship and operational excellence in the delivery of adult education across AMES Australia’s AMEP delivery and the Central–Mallee Education Hub, whilst ensuring delivery on Education’s five goals of:
• Client Standards & Quality — delivering consistently high quality learning and client experience
• Contemporary & Innovative Practice — embedding modern, future focused delivery models
• Great Place to Work — building a capable, supported and high performing workforce
• Financial Sustainability — ensuring programs are viable, efficient and positioned for growth
• Prosperous Settlement — strengthening pathways to employment, participation and long term outcomes
