Lead the Future of Accessory Business at Mazda Australia
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager – Accessory Business Development to lead the growth and performance of our Accessories, Insurance, Connected Vehicle and Subscription business portfolios nationally.
Reporting to National Management, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that maximise profitability, dealer engagement and customer value across the Mazda Dealer Network. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sustainable business growth, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and delivering innovative customer-focused solutions.
This role requires a full-time, on-site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead Accessories, Insurance, Connected Vehicle and Subscription business strategies to maximise sales and revenue generation.
Develop Sales & Marketing plans for Accessories and Insurance sales through the Mazda Dealer Network.
Oversee the development of learning resources for Accessories, Insurance and Connected Vehicle.
Monitor sales performance and identify sales opportunities.
Maintain & review monthly, quarterly & annual Accessory, Insurance, Connected Vehicle and subscription program reporting.
Liaise with Mazda Insurance as the key contact within Mazda Australia.
Manage the performance of Connected Vehicle and subscription programs nationally.
Build strong relationships with dealers and key internal stakeholders to support national growth initiatives.
Liaise with Digital Innovation teams to support website and digital platform integration and development.
Liaise with relevant Mazda Corporation stakeholders regarding program performance and future initiatives.

You’re a confident people leader with a strong service mindset, able to balance day-to-day operations with strategic improvement. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and are comfortable working with executives, technical teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will have:
Relevant tertiary degree qualifications in a business discipline
Experience in sales & marketing planning process as well as Project Management and Delivery
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
A strategic management focus, demonstrating both capability and willingness to support the broader team to address business initiatives and challenges.
