Locations : Classix (Rivett Holdings Pty Ltd) - Albany 

We are hiring hairdressers for one of our branches in Albany. You must have a love for hairdressing because it shows in our team members' excellence day in and day out. Hairdressers are artists with live models and it can be a tough world out there.   As a full-time hairdresser, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $76,800/ year plus superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Cutting long and short hair, styling including blow drying, setting in rollers and up styles, basic and advanced coloring techniques, perming and all at high standards working effectively as a team member. Being a role model for apprentices.
• Engage with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and provide expert advice on achievable styles.
• Show attentiveness to clients' allergies or sensitivities to chemicals and products, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Offer a wide range of excellent hair services, from washing, cutting, curling, straightening, and treatments to mesmerizing colors.
• Master different hair extension techniques, enabling you to create diverse and stunning transformations.
• Educate clients on pre and post-haircare routines, recommending suitable products for maintaining their beautiful looks.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Provide training and support to team members.

Qualification & experience

• Hold a Cert III in Hairdressing or an equivalent trade qualification, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the craft.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, which ensures your proficiency and confidence in delivering top-notch services.
• Exhibit an excellent work ethic, collaborating harmoniously with our vibrant team.
• Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge and a desire to grow and evolve as a professional.
